Each support request receives a unique ID number for easy monitoring. Every time that you or Passcovery sends a message, a copy is sent to the email address that you specify.
* The response time for technical support depends on the number of other requests, complexity of the issue, and time when the request is sent. On average, response time is 24 hours, Monday though Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
